Why stay in a villa and not a hotel?
Disney hotels can be very expensive. The rental rate for the luxury Peace Villa is comparable to that of a typical Disney World hotel single room – the only difference is that you get a fully furnished 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom 1,600 sq. ft. villa with your own private heated pool just for your family and friends. The Peace Villa is finely furnished to make your holiday get away for your family and friends a truly unforgettable experience.
What if we have a problem with the villa while we are there?
We have a local management company that is dedicated to answering any questions or taking care of any needs or requests our guests may have. We also have a 24 hour emergency number for your convenience. The details of our services will be delivered to you before you leave for your Florida vacation.
What do we need to bring with us?
Travel light! The Peace Villa is furnished and equipped to the highest standard. Our goal is to accommodate to the needs of you, your family and your friends. All bedding, pillows and towels are provided (you will need to provide your own pool towels). The Peace Villa is equipped with a washing machine and dryer for your use; the Peace Villa even has an iron and ironing board at your disposal. If you have any questions regarding what you need to bring, please don't hesitate to ask us.
When is pool heat recommended?
Pool heating is recommended during the months between October and May. Please contact us in advance should you require the heating option for your pool so that we can ensure your comfort prior to your arrival.
Is a maid service included?
The villa is rented on a self catered basis. The villa is fully serviced prior to your arrival and again on upon your departure. For your convenience, the villa is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, mop, and brooms. If you would like additional service during your stay, please contact management for additional options.
Do I need a rental car?
Yes! To get the most out of Orlando, a car is a must. Driving in and around Florida is very easy and all roads are well sign posted. We recommend checking with your local travel agency for recommended vehicles.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes! As with all holidays / vacations we strongly advise you get full travel / medical / cancellation insurance prior to your vacation.
What about telephone and Internet?
The Peace Villa has its own dedicated phone number so you and your family can stay in touch while you are away. The Peace Villa also offers COMPLIMENTARY high-speed wireless Internet complete with a router to accommodate all your computing needs.
