Special Notes and Rate: The booking form must be completed by the head of the party, who must be over 21 years of age. Deposits ($200 / £100) must be sent at the time of booking in order to secure the villa. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to travel. In the event that the booking is made less than 8 weeks before travel, the full payment must be made upon booking. At the time of final payment, an additional refundable security deposit $250 (£150) must be paid. This will be refunded net of excess cleaning costs, repairs or replacements. Your refund will be made within 21 days of your departure from the property following a satisfactory report from our property managers. | |||
