Flights
Most US airlines operate regular scheduled services to Florida from most major travel destinations within the US and Canada.
From the UK, the major direct scheduled flights are London to Miami and Orlando, though several airlines and tour operators offer direct charter flights and one-stop services from regional airports such as Luton, Manchester and Glasgow.
Car Hire
Driving in the US is on the right but is easy with the wide, straight roads which are well sign-posted. Car rental in Florida is cheaper than anywhere else in the US. Car rental companies are located throughout the state with concessions at major airports and some hotels. We encourage all of our gests to drive if possible.
The minimum age for a car rental driver is 21, though many companies impose a limit of 25. Also note that credit cards are the preferred method of payment.
Weather
The weather in Florida is good all year round! Reaching peaks of 92°F in June-Sept, the warmest months are May-Oct when it rarely goes below 70°F.
The cooler months gently decline to an average temperature of approx. 65°F.
